SPEEDWASH IS HAUNTED!

A little-known fact about Surrey's haunted history...

Note: This story is fictional and made to get in the spirit of Halloween. Enjoy!

Hundreds of years before SpeedWash's existence on 84th and King George was an ancient Burial Ground. When Surrey was officially incorporated in 1879, the burial ground was destroyed and the area kept growing. In 1993, Surrey officially became a city and around that time the history of that ancient burial ground was forever lost. In 2014, SpeedWash was officially open but by then it was too late and that SpeedWash location was built on top of the long lost burial ground.

The spirits of the ancient burial ground have been known to appear when the sun goes down and haunts vehicles that enter the tunnels. Many have gone in to get their car cleaned, but many would not come out of the tunnel and were no where to be found.
